Resources in Stellar Astrophysics

This is currently just a skeleton, but will be the site which will contain detailed resources on stellar astrophysics for active researchers, teachers and members of the interested public. It will contain a collection of discussions of active research, links to review papers, key papers in the field, public articles and teaching resources. If you can suggest additional articles/links, please feel free to email the Centre at lon.lisa@outlook.com.

Stellar Evolution Theory

Stellar evolution is the art of constructing stellar models that solve the equations of stellar structure and evolution.

Supernovae and Explosive Events

Explosions of stars produce some of the most spectacular transient events in the Universe. They range from explosions of massive stars, caused by the collapse of the core of a massive star that has run out of nuclear fuel, thermonuclear explosions of white dwarfs to more exotic events such as gamma-ray bursts, superluminous supernovae, etc.
